Like I mean really breathe?
If you’re stuck in a sympathetic (fight/flight) mode, you will have more shallow and rapid breathing patterns.
To get yourself out of that loop, focus on having a longer and slower EXHALE than the inhale.
This will activate your vagus nerves and send the message to your brain that all is well.
Even if all is NOT well, you can trick your brain into thinking that it is so that you can make better decisions.
It’s time to start the week off from a parasympathetic state where everything is cool, calm and relaxed
